Scope of Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how E2 AI, LLC, doing business through Paperyx, handles information when you use the Kindle web app and connected cloud services.
-
Paperyx Account and Settings Data
Paperyx may store the account information, connected account records, access tokens, and Kindle display or app settings needed to operate the service. Examples include your selected mail folder, selected calendar, selected task list, display mode, and mail rendering preference.
Kindle feature data stored by Paperyx may include display preferences, weather ZIP code, weather units, time zone, selected mail folder, selected calendar, selected task list, favorites links and folders, recent favorite launches, feedback or support submissions, subscription and license records, and connected account records.
-
Connected Google Account Data
When you connect a Google account, Paperyx stores the connected account record and OAuth tokens needed to access the Google services you authorize. Depending on the features you enable, Paperyx may request access to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Contacts or People data, Google Tasks, and Google Drive files so the app can show or change only the items and settings you request.
Google mail, calendar, contact, task, and file content remains stored with Google unless you save or submit that content into a Paperyx feature.
-
Server Processing
Paperyx servers process connected cloud data only as needed to render pages or complete actions you request. Processing may include fetching provider data, formatting it for Kindle readability, showing review pages, changing mail state, sending messages you compose, creating or editing events, creating or editing contacts, updating task completion, viewing PDFs, creating share links, and forwarding submitted forms to the provider.
Paperyx does not use Google user data or other connected cloud content for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, credit-worthiness, lending decisions, profiling, resale, or training general AI models.
-
Sharing and Disclosure of Information
Paperyx does not sell, rent, or otherwise share Google user data or other user information with third parties for advertising, data brokerage, resale, or unrelated purposes.
Information may be disclosed only to provide the Services you request, to trusted service providers operating Paperyx infrastructure under confidentiality obligations, for security and abuse prevention, if required by law or valid legal process, or as part of a business transfer after any required user notice or consent.
-
Human Access
Paperyx personnel do not read Google mail, files, contacts, calendars, tasks, or other Google user data except with your affirmative request for support, when necessary for security or abuse investigation, when required by law, or when data has been aggregated and cannot reasonably identify you.
-
Data Security
Paperyx uses commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard data stored in its systems, including connected account records and settings. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
-
Third-Party Cloud Providers
Mail, calendar, and tasks features depend on third-party cloud providers. Those providers control their own storage, retention, security, and privacy practices. Users should review the privacy policy for each connected provider.
-
Data Retention
Paperyx retains Paperyx account, settings, subscription records, support records, and connected account data only as long as needed to operate the service or as required by law. Mail, calendar, contacts, tasks, and files are retained by the respective cloud provider unless you save or submit that content into a Paperyx feature.
For Kindle features, Paperyx stores the feature records needed to show your saved preferences, favorites, feedback history, license status, and selected cloud account state on future visits. Provider content such as mail bodies, calendar event details, contacts, tasks, and files remains with Google or Microsoft unless you save, submit, or create that content through a Paperyx feature.
OAuth tokens are retained only while your Google account remains connected. Disconnecting a Google account removes Paperyx access to that account, subject to normal backup, logging, and legal retention limits.
-
Google API Limited Use
Paperyx's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
-
Your Choices
You may stop using Paperyx, disconnect a connected Google account in Paperyx settings when available, revoke Paperyx access from your Google Account permissions, or contact Paperyx Support to request help with account or data deletion.
-
Changes to this Policy
Paperyx may modify or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted to the Site, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
