Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any Paperyx software, websites, applications, or related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by E2 AI, LLC, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
-
License Grant
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, Paperyx grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes. No rights are granted to sublicense, distribute, or modify Paperyx applications except as expressly permitted in writing.
-
Connected Cloud Accounts
Some Services allow you to connect third-party cloud accounts, including Google or Microsoft accounts. You are responsible for authorizing only accounts you control and for complying with the applicable provider terms.
Paperyx uses connected account access only to provide the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may disconnect a connected account in Paperyx settings when available or revoke access directly from the provider account permissions page.
When you use Kindle-optimized features, Paperyx may store the feature data needed to remember your settings, favorites, feedback, subscriptions, selected cloud account state, and requested actions. Connected provider content remains governed by the provider and is stored by Paperyx only when you save, submit, or create that content through a Paperyx feature.
-
Support
Paperyx may provide support services at its sole discretion. Paperyx does not guarantee response times, resolution outcomes, or the availability of support. No service level agreement (SLA) is offered or implied.
-
Device and System Responsibility
User is responsible for ensuring device compatibility, system configuration, data backups, and proper installation or browser access. Paperyx disclaims all liability for device malfunction, data loss, or incompatibility arising from use of the Services to the maximum extent permitted by law.
-
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Paperyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, device damage, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Services, even if Paperyx has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Paperyx's total aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by User for the Services, if any.
-
Updates and Modifications
Paperyx reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any part thereof. Continued use of the Services following the posting of updates or changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.
-
Termination
Paperyx may terminate or suspend access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, if User breaches this Agreement or otherwise engages in conduct deemed unlawful or harmful to the Services, Paperyx, cloud providers, or other users.
-
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your location are not limited by these Terms.
